Through surgery, the penis can be visually enlarged at a cost, sometimes by just over an inch though usually less. The surgeon needs to cut the ligaments that hold the penis in position and this allows the penis to descend. Weights, and stretching devices will also be used for a few months, the procedure can quite often result in scar tissue, and the erection will usually point down. Another penis surgical technique is known as a dermal implant. Girth and length can be increased by transplanting fat cells from other parts of the body into the penis. This technique has been used extensively in cosmetic surgery. Sometimes the placement of the grafted cells results in clumping and a gives ‘lumpy’ impression. Many Doctors are reluctant to perform this type of surgery unless there are very good reasons. |
