Small penis syndrome is affecting a growing number of men from all ages and backgrounds, more than 55% of men are dissatisfied with their penis size, however only 3% have a medically recognised small penis.

As we can see from the above survey 73% of men have a penis length from 5.1 to 7 inches, this is considered the 'average' size band, however there is a difference of nearly two inches from the lower to the higher end of the spectrum. It is typically men at the bottom half of the percentage who seem to be more prone to small penis syndrome (SPS) than men with 7 inches.

The problem now seems to be that men are no longer satisfied with being 'average' and are prepared to try and do something about it, and having a small penis becomes just another problem to solve.

The 21st century media industry combined with the Internet has been a catalyst for this perception change; it will be very hard to reverse this mind-set. A small penis will continue to be seen as a social handicap and no matter what women say, a large percentage of men (81%) are unhappy with their penis size.
